Attorney Doyle-Palumbo is an experienced family law lawyer, divorce attorney and personal injury trial attorney with extensive experience in high-asset and high-conflict divorces as well as complex child custody cases. For a skilled and dedicated Tampa Bay Area personal injury attorney, you are wise to put yourself in the steady hands of a personal injury trial lawyer who is capable and confident to litigate your motorcycle, car accident, or wrongful death case should it go to trial. This holds true in both areas of practice. Although most personal injury and divorce cases settle out of court, if negotiations for the appropriate compensation or settlements fall short, you will benefit from a personal injury trial attorney who is a confident and tenacious litigator.

Wendy represents clients in multiple Jurisdictions from these two locations including The Sixth Judicial Circuit which serves citizens of Pasco and Pinellas counties and The Fifth Judicial Circuit in Hernando County. Attorney Wendy Doyle-Palumbo | Professional, Experienced

Wendy Doyle-Palumbo has a wealth of experience handling personal injury and family law cases by using both negotiation and litigation. Her personal injury experience includes car accidents and wrongful death cases throughout the Tampa Bay Area. She then decided to take her passion to the next level and attend law school.

Upon graduating she held positions as Assistant Attorney General and as a Guardian Ad Litem Attorney before opening her own law practice in Tampa and St. Petersburg. This experience has allowed her to handle various cases, especially complex family law cases and injury cases from nearly every possible angle. Wendy uses this perspective to provide holistic assessments of families as well as clients who have been injured and is able to communicate legal options and possible outcomes clearly and effectively.

In family law cases, Attorney Doyle- Palumbo’s first option would be to resolve the disputes through mediation and negotiations. However, if mediation doesn’t work to her client’s satisfaction, she will proceed to trial.
